REALM HEALTH utilizes its sister company Realm Health Insurance Agency LLC, a Texas limited liability company, for enrollment services, billing services, account management, and customer services for the products marketed by REALM HEALTH. Realm Health Insurance Agency, LLC is a licensed insurance agency (state license information is provided in the Licensing section below). Realm Health Insurance Agency LLC is not an insurance company and assumes no underwriting, insurance or claim reimbursement risk. Additionally, Realm Health Insurance Agency LLC does not process or manage insurance claims. The insurance products enrolled by Realm Health Insurance Agency LLC are underwritten by insurance companies that are not affiliated with Realm Health Insurance Agency LLC and those insurance companies or others on their behalf manage insurance claims under the policies they issue.
