Hospital Indemnity Plans provide fixed cash benefits for eligible medical events and services. Rather than functioning like traditional major medical insurance, benefits are paid according to the plan's benefit schedule and can help offset healthcare expenses.

Dental Discount Plans
For eligible members who are not yet enrolled in a Realm Health level-funded dental plan, a dental discount plan may be available. Members receive access to discounted rates on participating dental services through a separate network.

Realm Health's level-funded dental plans provide employers with a cost-conscious way to offer essential dental benefits through a nationwide PPO dental network. Coverage includes preventive services such as routine exams, cleanings, and periapical x-rays; basic services such as fillings, extractions, and full mouth x-rays; major services such as root canals, crowns, and bridges.
Plans feature annual maximums up to $5,000, a minimal calendar year deductible, with no waiting period for preventive and basic services and a 12-month waiting period for major services. Benefits, limitations, and coverage may vary by plan.
