VISION CARE OPTIONS
- Get a comprehensive eye exam at 99,000+ in-network locations through National Vision Administrators L.L.C.
- Online prescription renewals are available for those with qualifying prescriptions who live in an eligible state.
ONLINE PLATFORM
XP Health offers an online platform (XP Health marketplace) at no extra cost, featuring personalized frame recommendations using Al-based face scans and convenient shopping with virtual and home try on options.
EYEWEAR OPTIONS
- Prescription and Non-Prescription Eyeglasses
- You can choose from over 1,500 frames online from the XP Health marketplace. All frames in the XP Health marketplace include advanced lens features like anti-reflective coating, blue light protection, and scratch resistance at no additional cost.
- Alternatively, in-office, in-network purchases include a 35% discount off retail prices.
- Contact Lenses: $150 off retail (in lieu of frame credit)
Refractive surgery
Members receive $1,000 off at preferred providers - LasikPlus, TCL, and The LASIK Visions Institute. All other in-network providers extend 15% off standard prices of 5% off promotional prices.
